1960 Kingwood Poodle

Message:

A friend of mine has a type of porcelain Poodle. Inscription on the BACK is '1960 Kingwood'. Front seems to be some sort of soap dish, back has 3 thimble size holes, (does not go all the way through) Any info on this would be GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANKS. Kandy
