I recently bought a set of glassware at a thrift store. There are 4 that look like big shot glasses, 4 that look almost like a sorbet cup, 4 that are like small goblets and a pitcher with no lid but markings on the dise to indicate amount in ounces. These are all trimmed in some gold color and have what appear to be large gold pinecones with turquoise needles decorating them. at the bottom of one glass there is a marking that looks like a backward J. I remember my grandparents having a set something like this...but as I am getting up in years too, I can't really remember.
