This was in my grandmothers house. The name in the right lower side is Jules Breton--then under this Courrieres 1885. It is of a little child holding up his arms as he runs toward a man and woman, the man is pulling something wooden with only one wheel that I see. Behind the child is a woman sitting in a old straight chair and she appears to be sewing, there jis a hand only of a man who is holding something that looks like it might be a broom when he is finished with it. The houses in the picture do not look like America. The frame is probably the one that was on it when it was bought as it appears old. Also this picture has a lots of green in it or it has faded one. Thank you in advance for your help
