what is it?

cradle of wrought iron, three legged stand,container is glass amber in color,6 1/2" spout cone shaped wooden cork has chain attached that runs to the stan,also 2 chains from stand,that criss cross on bottle as through to hold container in place.what is this? could it be an antique? looks old thanks.
