I have obtained an antique silver vase, of which I am confident is Japanese, but I have no idea what it is worth. It was purchased in NY, NY about 28 years ago. The vase has fish and a 3 toed dragon (which is why I assumed that it is Japanese). I have taken photos of the vase, including the inscriptions on the bottom.
